Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role

: The Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialistis responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers, and supporting the resolution of billing discrepancies. This role also involves assisting with cash reconciliations, special billing requirements, and maintaining the integrity of accounts receivable records. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various departments including Sales, Project Management, and Finance to optimize billing and payment processes.

 Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing & Reconciliation:

Upload and process customer invoices to AR portals.

Assist with special billing requirements and track/log errors.

Perform full account reconciliation (POs, bookings, invoices, payments).

Review and quality-check system-generated invoices for accuracy.
