Job Description

  • Prepare and process customer invoices and billing statements accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update customer account records and information
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections activities
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team
  • Ensure all financial documents are filed and archived properly
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or Administrative Assistant in an accounting or
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Proficient in using accounting software SQL and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
