Telecommunication Allowance, Medical Reimbursement

• Ensure all payouts, reimbursements, and allowances are promptly and accurately billed.
• Prepare billing statements and statements of accounts (SOA) for all payouts made and reimbursements paid.
• Deliver billing statements and SOAs to clients in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly billing and SOA summaries, aging of receivables, and monthly collection reports.
• Follow up on collections through courtesy calls or emails.
• Validate account discrepancies, recommend adjustments, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare quarterly commission requests for permanent placements and other income sources.
• Audit time-kept timesheets to ensure accuracy in payroll and billing.
