Salt is looking to hire a ‘Billing Customer Service Specialist’ to manage billing and subscription inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and provide clear communication around financial policies. This role involves investigating transaction issues, analyzing user feedback to improve billing processes and collaborating cross-functionally with Finance and Engineering teams to enhance system performance and support revenue growth. This is a one-year contract position based in Singapore.
