- Responsible for call handling and assisting customers with queries related to billing.
- Maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with corporate clients as well as enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
- Coordinate with other Nayatel departments to ensure the resolution of customer issues/queries.
What we’re looking for
- BS Accounting & Finance/BBA/MBA Finance or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
