Responsibilities
- Validate contract pricing – analyze legal contracts to understand pricing for billing.
- Ensure billable pricing – identify pricing gaps and ensure contract pricing is billable, completing validations within expected timeframes (>95%).
- Initiate IT configurations – lodge and manage rate plan configuration requests into billing systems with high accuracy.
