Billing Manager | FULLY REMOTE - ***LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***
Locations: NYC, DC, HOUSTON, BOSTON, DALLAS, CHARLOTTE, SAN FRAN, CHICAGO, RALEIGH, LA, AUSTIN, ATLANTA
Role & Key responsibilities:
- Fully remote billing team
- Lead a team of 8–11 full-cycle billers
- Strong visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Opportunity to drive process improvements & team development
- Oversee billing operations and monthly close cycle
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Partner with attorneys and stakeholders on billing strategy and client needs
5+ years of leadership experience, experience managing teams of 8+, Aderant (required)
