The Billing & Project Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting internal project teams through high‑volume billing, work order processing, and purchase order (PO) resolution. You will focus on daily transactional accuracy, follow‑up, work with Project Managers (PMs) and job runners to ensure billing and operational workflows move.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high‑volume billing activities daily, including up to 100 SAP entries depending on workload

  • Create and resolve work orders and purchase orders (POs) in SAP

  • Investigate and correct billing discrepancies, work order issues, and PO errors

  • Communicate with Project Managers, job runners, coordinators, and internal partners to resolve issues and ensure processing

  • Participate in weekly vendor meetings and follow up on action items
