Billing Specialist - Logistics (Fixed Term Contract)

Overview

The Billing Supervisor will lead the reconciliation and closure of all open logistics‑related payments in preparation for the upcoming system transition next year. This role is critical in ensuring all historical vendor transactions (transport and warehouse) are validated, resolved, and formally closed through documented confirmation (quitclaims). The position requires strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and communication skills to drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including Payments, Transport and Warehouse teams.
