Job Description

Summary

The Billing Specialist is responsible for the processing of client invoices, including mailing or e-billing invoices, customer service of internal and external clients. The Billing Specialist will report to the Billing Manager/Billing Supervisor of the Finance Department.

Required Education & Experience

  • High School degree or equivalent.

  • Experience working in a professional environment.

  • Strong computer experience, including experience with Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word.

    • Preferred Education & Experience

  • College or business school preferred.

  • Minimum - years of legal billing experience preferred.

  • Experience with Elite Legal Management, E and Thomson Elite eBILLINGHUB software preferred.
