Job Description
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the development, management, and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across a variety of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical resource for project teams, ensuring model quality, coordination accuracy, and compliance with BIM standards while supporting multidisciplinary collaboration throughout all phases of design and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain Revit models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Coordinate BIM workflows across multiple disciplines, including architectural, structural, and engineering teams.
- Perform model audits, quality control reviews, and clash detection using Navisworks and other coordination tools.
