Key Responsibilities
- Model Management
- Manage and maintain 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Ensure all BIM models align with project requirements, including standards, specifications, and contractual obligations.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools such as Navisworks and Revit.
- BIM Automation
- Develop and implement BIM automation workflows using Dynamo.
- Create scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve modeling efficiency, and enhance data extraction processes.
- Integrate automation solutions into BIM workflows to streamline coordination, clash detection, and reporting.
