Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors & engineers.
- Manage and prepare models and shop drawings to support the construction works.
- Coordinate structural & architectural works during the construction process.
- Possess good knowledge of structure and architectural details.
- Lead and manage an in-house modelling offsite team for BIM delivery.
- Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as authorities to resolve structural or architectural design and construction issues.
- Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and prepare/conduct weekly progress reports and technical meetings.
- Ensure subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and standards in the project VDC implementation.
- Have experience in large‑scale projects such as commercial towers.
