This position is responsible for system diagrams completion according to Convergint’s standards; Ensuring good engineering drawing quality; Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Create and complete drawings according to project schedules and client specifications.
• Develop system design diagrams and update them as necessary.
• Utilize AutoCAD and BIM Revit software for drafting and modeling.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality design solutions and maintaining open communication.
• Stay proficient in our products and technology.
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge through internal training and self-driven learning.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients (when necessary), and third parties to coordinate site inspections and project requirements. <...
