We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BIM Manager to oversee and manage major design packages. This pivotal role ensures alignment with client expectations and drives excellence in Digital Delivery and BIM execution. This position will assist with the documentation and cross-platform management of all project deliverables from Lead Appointed Parties and support wider stakeholder needs such as Field Quality Observations (FQOs) comparing model routing to the built field conditions as well as other BIM activities that support the Quality and BIM teams. The QA/QC BIM Senior Specialist will report to and receive direction from the Quality Manager and Project BIM Manager.
