Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders;
- Manage and develop BIM protocol, standards and content (library);
- Conduct in-house BIM training;
- Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;
- Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice;
- Provide internal BIM consultancy for projects within the firm;
- Creates & manages Project BIM Execution Plan, Projects SOPs and BIM Implementation Plan;
- Established and assist project teams in documentation process and workflows;
- Chair/ lead BIM coordination and clash detection meetings;
- Monitor and ensure quality control and quality assurance between BIM Models.
