Job Description
Responsible for BIM setup and implementation.
Establish and enforce documented processes, BIM Execution plans and workflows.
Support and work closely with project team on BIM implementation and meeting project BIM requirements.
Oversee and manage BIM team tasks and deliverables (shop drawings, room books, 3D models and BIM related submissions).
Review and QC of BIM models and coordination reports (clash reports, clash detection matrix, meeting minutes).
Oversee and manage project deliverables, “As‑Built” deliverables, meet Asset Information Requirements in the BIM model.
Maintain Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Tracking of BIM deliverables, including preparation of weekly progress reports.
Specialist Diploma in BIM.
Minimum of 6 years related work...
