BIM Modeler (A)

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage electrical installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Develop and manage engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) software for submissions and site installation. Participate in on-site surveys, inspections, and discussions to validate design intent and resolve site-related issues. Include in clash detection, modelling and coordination. Prepare, review, and update electrical drawings including layouts for HT panels, TXs, MSBs, EMSBs, DBs, sub-DBs, and related electrical systems. Plan and prepare routing drawings for cable supports, lighting points, power points, and final circuit connections. Ensure accuracy and consistency between Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and layout drawings highlight discrepancies to engineers for rectification.
