BIM Modeler - Construction

• To create 3D BIM models for construction and coordination.
• To update and maintain 3D BIM models.
• To work with Construction project team for drafting and preparation of drawings with BIM models with BIM related software, regulations.
• To generate 2D drawings for fabrication/ construction.
• To prepare shop detail drawings for Client/ Consultants approval.
• To assist BIM Coordinators /BIM Manager to check integrity and accuracy of models submitted by sub‑contractors.
• To liaise with Site Engineer and Consultants on design/ detail requirements.
• To follow the company system on documentation and control of drawings including easy retrieval.
• Highlight discrepancies between drawings, specification and/ or contract documents.
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by your immediate superior or higher management.
