Your Role
We are seeking a BIM Modeler to join our team in Sydney, supporting the delivery of complex and high-performance critical facilities projects (e.g., data centres, mission-critical environments).
You will work closely with multidisciplinary design teams to develop, manage, and coordinate accurate BIM models, ensuring alignment with project requirements, technical standards, and delivery timelines. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models (architectural/structural/MEP as applicable) in accordance with project requirements.
Produce 2D drawings and documentation derived from BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support design coordination and clash detection across disciplines using BIM tools.
