BIM Modeller (Project / A1 Maincon)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural detailed shop drawings and working drawings (Architectural/Structural) using Revit, ensuring alignment with project construction requirements and design intent.
Support the Project Team by providing timely BIM coordination and accurate technical information for construction.
Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop shop drawings and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the Engineering Department and Project Team.
Develop detailed drawings and specifications in accordance with client and consultant requirements.
Produce as-built drawings for project completion and handover to clients and consultants.
Assist in tender submissions by preparing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
Participate in technical and BIM coordination meetings as required.
Ensure all required drawings are completed within stipulated timelines.
