Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Modeling & Drafting: Develop detailed 3D models and 2D documentation (plans, sections, elevations) for Architectural, Structural, or MEP disciplines.
- Clash Detection & Coordination: Perform interdisciplinary coordination, identify clashes using Navisworks, and resolve conflicts.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure models adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Updates & Maintenance: Regularly update models with site information and revisions, and compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Family Creation: Create and manage BIM library objects (families).
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
