BIM Modeller (Tekla) — Precast Shop Drawings

OBAYASHI PRECAST SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a responsible individual to develop and maintain detailed 3D models and shop drawings for precast concrete elements using BIM software (Tekla Structures). The role includes interpreting architectural and structural drawings, incorporating key details, supporting clash detection, and coordinating with project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with production designs and meet project schedules while issuing timely shop drawings to the production team.
