Job title: BIM Technician

Based from: Dronfield

Reports to: BIM Manager

Salary: Up to £42,

The Role

As the BIM Technician you will join our busy BIM Team to support the BIM Manager with BIM co-ordination and producing CAD designs for complex fire, life safety, electronic security systems and network infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities
Producing and amending CAD Designs, Constructions and As Fitted models using Revit and AutoCAD software

Creating take offs from models and presenting this within an Excel spreadsheet

Designing life safety and security systems (with guidance from Design Engineers)

Creating schematics and electrical wiring diagrams as needed (with guidance from Design Engineers)

Exporting DWF and other formats for co...
