TWK Agri is seeking a Binder Claims Team Leader within the Financial Services division to lead and develop the claims team, ensuring efficient processing, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead, mentor, and support the Binder Claims team
• Review and oversee complex and high‑value claims
• Monitor claims performance, turnaround times, and service level agreements
• Approve claims within delegated authority and escalates exceptional matters as required
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Identify development needs and coordinate training initiatives
