Commitment : Part‑time (10–40 hours/week)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Develop benchmark tasks to evaluate AI models’ abilities to autonomously design and execute complex bioinformatics workflows.
• Work with raw sequencing data and natural language prompts to simulate real‑world bioinformatics scenarios.
• Apply tool proficiency, deep biological knowledge, and rigorous scientific reasoning to create and validate these benchmarks.
