Job Description
The Biomedical Technician will produce high-quality pre-operative surgical plans that support robotically assisted total hip and total knee replacement procedures. This role focuses on precise CT scan review, 3D anatomical model creation, and accurate surgical plan development to meet team and department production targets while adhering to strict protocols and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
Create and manage surgical planning cases using a proprietary case management system.
Review CT scans to ensure they conform to established surgical protocols.
Segment CT scans using specialized software to generate accurate 3D anatomical bone models for use in robotic surgery.
