Biotech Researcher: Textile Recycling & PHAs

NTNU is looking for a Researcher in textile recycling as part of the THREADS project in Trondheim. This role involves engineering bacteria for converting textile waste into biodegradable polymers. The researcher will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and is expected to start in early Autumn 2026.

Candidates need a Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience in molecular biology methods. The position is part-time (60%) and presents an exciting opportunity in sustainable biotechnology.
