Bldg Engineer - Taguig City

About the Role

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building systems and ensuring the performance of areas such as plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. This position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and focuses on preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and building systems.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems – identify and fix issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance – schedule and conduct regular maintenance tasks to prevent system failures.
• Inspect and test systems – regularly inspect and test building systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
