BLUEBERRY DEVELOPMENT FARM MANAGER – FM2362

Atlantis Area – Western Cape: This position requires a candidate with extensive knowledge managing and developing of Blueberry farms from the ground up.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
• 5 years management experience preferably in blueberries
• Strong technical knowledge in IPM, fertilization practices and irrigation
• Good administrative and computer skills (MS Office especially Excel)
• Emotionally intelligent, performs well under pressure and adapts well to changing circumstances
• Maintenance and mechanically orientated
• Ability to motivate and work with staff
• Valid driver’s license
