Core Objective:  To administer the BMC IT Operational Management (ITOM) Suite , focusing on event correlation, monitoring integration, and proactive infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management:  Maintain and update BMC event adapters , event threshold settings, and blackout configurations to minimize noise and suppressing false positives.
• Monitoring Integration:  Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures between the ITOM suite and other monitoring solutions like Splunk Observability  and SolarWinds.
