Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
- BMS Architecture Design: Designing the overall architecture and system topology of the BMS, including the hardware and software components, to ensure accurate monitoring, control, and protection of the battery pack.
- Cell Monitoring and Balancing: Designing the circuitry and algorithms to monitor individual battery cells' voltage, temperature, and state of charge (SOC), and implementing cell balancing techniques to ensure uniform cell performance and maximize the battery pack's lifespan.
- State Estimation and Prediction: Developing algorithms to estimate the battery's state of health (SOH), state of charge (SOC), and remaining energy (SOE) accurately....
