Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, typically scheduled between 7:15 AM and 4:15 PM, with the possibility of some flexibility in your daily hours. You’ll work with a dedicated caseload of 10-12 students, providing vital behavioral services in an educational setting.
In addition to delivering direct support, you will oversee the work of 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering guidance, mentorship, and supervision to foster their professional growth.
