Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunity available for a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a true impact in a school setting. As the first BCBA to serve this district, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting a collaborative culture among general and special education staff, psychologists, and administrators for the upcoming school year.

You will work onsite across three different school locations, connecting with diverse student populations and educators, and lending your expertise to enhance behavioral supports district-wide. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37–40 hours each week for the full academic year.
