Overview
As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. SALARY: $80K + Bonus Metric
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
+ Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members
+ Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
+ Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
