Job Description
Take on an impactful role at Boardwalk as a Tribunal Affairs Administrator, managing resident accounts and supporting Tribunal processes. Your expertise in Quebec tenancy legislation will drive effective resolutions.
In this role, you will require a minimum of two years’ experience navigating TAL procedures and a solid understanding of the Civil Code of Quebec. You'll work closely with site teams to resolve complex issues while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze resident financial accounts and dispute claims
• Process move-out Statements of Account efficiently
• Communicate effectively with residents to resolve issues
