You have extensive experience managing sectional title schemes, including trustee engagement, managing agent oversight, governance, compliance, and body corporate financials. You can identify financial and operational risks early, build strong relationships with trustees and managing agents, and drive practical solutions that protect owners' interests. We're looking for a proactive specialist who can hit the ground running, make an immediate impact, and contribute to the effective management of a growing property portfolio.
