Job Description
- Operate, monitor, and control boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient performance
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on boilers and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of boiler operations and maintenance activities
- Perform water treatment checks and adjustments to prevent scaling and corrosion
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and supervisors as required
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and system breakdowns
- Assist in boiler shutdowns, startups, and annual inspections
