Boilerman

Maintains maximum boiler efficiency by adjusting, reading, and interpreting gauges, indicators, and steam flow meters. Observes boiler plant operations through use of electronic or pneumatic controls, pressure gauges, and safety devices. Supervises or performs the chemical testing and treatment of boiler feed water. Startup/Operate/Shut-down/Trouble shoots Utilities like Air-compressors, Air-Driers, Cooling Towers, DI Water Plant, Steam Boiler, Thermal Oil Heaters, Fire Protection Systems. Monitoring and Maintenance of Process Plant Equipment Install, service, troubleshoots, repair and overhaul basic machinery, pumps, valves, compressors and conveyor systems. Carryout Preventive Maintenance of Plant Equipment in co-ordination with the service providers and superiors. Monitor Normal Operation of Plant Equipment / Machinery / Pipe Work and Troubleshoot as necessary for smooth operation of Manufacturing Units / Packaging, minimizing downtime.
