Bookkeeper (Multi-LLC) Salary Range: $1,200 - $2,200 (depending on talent/experience). Schedule: 10 AM - 6 PM EST. Role Overview
We are seeking a comprehensive Bookkeeper to manage the accounts for multiple LLCs across our tech and e-commerce businesses. We don't use traditional software like Quick Books; we use Digits (AI-driven bookkeeping). We need someone who is talent-driven and doesn't just send spreadsheets asking what every transaction is, but proactively identifies them.
Key Responsibilities General Ledger: Maintain accurate books for several distinct LLCs. AP/AR: Manage outgoing wires and incoming payments across various business units.
