Bookkeeper
New Paradigm Venture | Full-Time
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Support payroll processing
- Monitor and manage company expenses
- Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial transactions
- Assist with preparing financial statements for audits
