Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
+ Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
+ Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
+ Record daily financial activity and prepare journal entries
+ Assist with month-end close activities and reporting
+ Monitor outstanding customer balances and vendor payments
