Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Bottle Swap Plant to meet daily production targets. Maintain high standards of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), product quality, and operational compliance while contributing to overall team performance.

What you will enjoy doing

• Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently across all production areas, including Inwards Goods, Washing, Filling, Painting, and Outwards Goods (including forklift operation where required).
• Meet daily production targets and KPIs while following all SOPs, company policies, and site safety requirements.
• Maintain quality standards by ensuring cylinders are filled accurately, meet all safety and specification requirements, and that no out‑of‑test cylinders are released.
