This role follows a Full-Time rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.

• Keep the boutique buzzing—support the team and ensure smooth operations.
• Drive high-impact sales using digital tools and POS systems.
• Engage customers with tastings, memberships, and your coffee expertise.
• Be on the supported growth plan to grow your coffee expertise and boutique operations knowledge and experience.
