We are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Assistant who will be in charge of assisting clients through personalized customer experience.

The ideal candidate will represent Tissot as an ambassador, inspiring our customers.

The Senior Sales Assistant will be responsible for:

- lead complex clients' request, assist them throughout the entire customer journey including after sales activities;

- Support operation tasks, be aware of company procedures and systems and ensure compliance;

- Take actions to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories;
