Position Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute annual internal and external training initiatives aligned with institutional bancassurance and partner channel growth strategies.Address external partner channel training demands through the development and delivery of premium-tier educational programs.Coordinate organization-wide, tiered sales training to strengthen workforce competencies in support of institutional and channel talent development mandates.Spearhead end-to-end onboarding for high-caliber new recruits within institutional bancassurance and strategic partner channels.Collaborate with headquarters on curriculum architecture and deployment; where team members report directly, cultivate and manage a certified pool of part-time instructors.
