A Branch Administrative Assistant works in the Eclipse Operating System to support several branch and department locations in the Capital Electric market; addressing reports daily so that accurate and timely customer and vendors invoices are processed.
Responsibilities:
- Bill direct and lot job orders
- Bill freight on stock orders through Freight Audit Report
- Enter customer payments for Inside Sales & Industrial Team
- Generate emergency purchase orders - EPO
- Input shipment correction claims
- Issue credit to resolve accounts receivable disputes as approved by local management
- Manage returns - customer credits, including negative purchase order returns to vendor
- Monitor hold orders due to credit limits
- Review unapproved payables for both stock and direct order, may include lot jobs
