• Promote Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM) products and increase market share in a branch context.
• Provide sound financial advice and a high level of client service.
• Create opportunities for client optimisation and cross‑selling of value‑added products.

Sales Delivery

• Gain and maintain an in‑depth understanding of SRM product ranges.
• Understand the customer’s needs, financial goals and means, and provide the optimal product selection.
• Continuously update customers on new or changed products and incorporate implications on portfolios.
