Branch Manager

The role will mainly focus on Non-Life business development in our branch in General Santos City.

Position Objective:

To provide quality and efficient service to agents and customers, to formulate and implement strategies in order to increase market share and to achieve objectives for the business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning, organizing, leading, coordinating, and controlling the activities and overall operation of the branch. This includes but is not limited to the following: sales, accounting & collection, underwriting, policy issuance, claims, and office management.
