SUMMARY:
Branch Manager Courier Industry POSITION INFO:
The ideal applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Branch, ensuring efficient collection and delivery services, maintain high customer service standards, and achieving financial and operational targets. The role involves managing staff, fleet operations and client relationship while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements:

• 5 Years proven experience in a Supervisory or Management role within the courier/logistics Industry. 
• Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar with be an added advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of distribution, route planning, and fleet management. 
• Knowledge of Labour Legislations including BCEA and Road Freight. 
• Manage a Fleet of at least 15 Vehicles and 30 Staff members.
